NEW SOFIA 60" INDUCTION

 At EuroCucina 2024, Fulgor Milano presented some new products to satisfy the needs of cooking enthusiasts. Among the top products, Sofia Pro Range 60" Induction All Glass caught the most interest thanks to its elegant design and advanced technical features.

Sofia 60", introduced as a world premiere, represents the pinnacle of Fulgor Milano's Professional range. This model stands out for its refined and linear aesthetics, two large 30" pyrolytic ovens with double ventilation and practical telescopic grills. The large induction hob with eight cooking zones offers maximum flexibility and space for the most elaborate culinary preparations while the intuitive knobs guarantee precise and fast control.
 

In addition to the Sofia 60" Ind there is a Sofia IND 60"  version  with GRIDDLE, which features 7 cooking zones and introduces a tri-laminated Teppanyaki griddle. Under the cooktop are two large ovens of 24" and 36". Both versions represent a world's debut in terms of innovative design and outstanding performance.
