Customizable Column Refrigeration Available for Purchase
Luxury appliance manufacturer, Fulgor Milano, announced today that its new, highly anticipated customizable column refrigeration units are now available for purchase in North America. All column refrigeration components are available in stainless steel or panel-ready configurations, with optional handle kits to match the Sofia Professional or Distinto collections to suit the design aesthetic of any kitchen.

Fulgor Milano columns are now available in the North American market in a variety of widths (freezer: 18”, 24”, 30”, fridge: 24”, 30”, 36”, and wine column: 24”). The combinations that can result from this mix-and-match approach to suit individual preferences offer flexibility in both style and usage. The panel-ready option allows units to be completely integrated with custom panels to match the adjacent cabinets, or the stainless option that matches the look of the cooking appliances both allow for a counter-depth installation.
Designers will appreciate the unique actuating hinges that allow for a true flush install with as little as ⅛” clearance from adjacent cabinets to create an elegant look. This allows for multiple units to be combined and offers complete freedom to configure any of the columns - fridge, freezer, or wine cellar - in any combination of sizes for the perfect solution to any kitchen. Units such as the 24” wine cellar, take the multi-purpose function one step further with the ability to use the FlexZone drawer as either extra refrigeration or freezer space.
The luxurious interior is illuminated with elegant LED lighting for optimal visibility and features bead-blasted stainless-steel crispers with metal drawer glides and shelf supports. The new touch-control interface offers complete temperature control and precision extending the preservation of food. Each unit is outfitted with a unique lateral airflow design maintaining a consistent temperature when accessing the unit. The commercial-style cooling system is powerful enough to bring down temperatures effectively and quickly, even when many items are added to the refrigerator after a day of shopping. Fulgor Milano’s premium refrigerator and freezer columns are meticulously handcrafted in Italy with the utmost attention to detail.
