Fulgor Milano Launches 48” Sofia Professional Induction Range at KBIS 2022

Orlando, FLA (February 1, 2022) – Italian luxury appliance manufacturer Fulgor Milano will launch their much-anticipated 48” Sofia Pro Induction Range during the upcoming 2022 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) happening from February 8-10, 2022, in Orlando, Florida.

Launching one of the only 48” induction ranges on the North American market, Fulgor Milano’s 48” Sofia Professional Induction Range delivers precise and responsive induction power using professional-style control knobs one might expect on a gas range. Unlike many competitors who would use digital touch control, this feature gives homeowners all the benefits of digital control but with the same look and tactile pro-style control expected on a traditional professional range.

With premium induction technology under an elegant ceramic glass surface, the range provides optimal performance with an efficient transfer of energy, providing a more sustainable heat source for cooking. These new products will also provide a premium non-gas option for those areas of the country looking to restrict the use of natural gas. The 48” induction range will be available in two models, allowing homeowners to choose between seven induction cooking zones, or five induction cooking zones and a dual-zone induction powered griddle, both of which emulate a traditional gas range setup.

Meticulously handcrafted and assembled in Bassano del Grappa, Italy, Sofia Pro appliances demonstrate the best of Italian craftsmanship and attention to detail with hand-polished seams and welds. The fit and finish are perfected with precision-tooled parts using premium materials, including 304 stainless steel, aircraft quality aluminum, and tempered glass.

As with all Sofia Professional ranges, the new 48” induction ranges will come with a standard stainless steel finish; however, homeowners who purchase a Sofia range have the option to personalize the range with interchangeable door kits available in six matte and glossy colors including Venetian Red, Gondola Black (gloss black), Black Velvet (matte black), Palladio White (gloss white), Verona White (matte white), and Rialto Grey. This flexible and sustainable solution extends the design life of the ranges, ideal for real estate resale or a change in design preference.
