When Ami McKay, President & Principal Designer of Pure Design, was approached by her client to design a kitchen that would embody their Italian heritage, they had a specific request: incorporate Fulgor Milano appliances into the final space. It was important for them to authentically capture the culture of their homeland with true Italian craftsmanship, design, and innovation.

Fulgor Milano was the perfect appliance brand to fulfill their desire for that genuine Italian connection.

They wanted to ensure they had everything they needed to create the rich culinary traditions passed down through generations, to gather family and friends for memorable meals, and to enjoy the space together, just like back home.

Ami and the Pure Design team took on the challenge of transforming a tired and outdated kitchen into a space that reflected their clients’ love for Italian cuisine and family heritage and embodied the warmth and elegance of Italian design.

By incorporating Fulgor Milano appliances, embracing a Tuscan color palette, and incorporating natural materials such as stone and wood, they successfully created a kitchen that became the heart of the home, effortlessly exuding charm and sophistication.

The stunning final design was featured in the March 2023 Canadian House & Home magazine issue, showcasing some of the spectacular Fulgor Milano appliances that were included.
