My wife and I could not be more satisfied with any other dual fuel range. I looked at all the high-end ranges and some of the most popular ranges out there are just too industrial looking. I did see some very nice ranges that I would have been pleased to own but I kept comparing everything to the 36" Sofia dual fuel range. We purchased our range at the beginning of our very long kitchen remodel. Finally, when it was time to bring in the last piece of the puzzle and install the range, we were so happy with the fit and finish. The quality is outstanding.

Performed hours of research. Wanted quality. Other brands did not compare with Fulgors' quality and features. Could not find a unique 36" cooktop until this one. Enjoy the space in the back middle.
Quality grates, the nice finish of Stainless Steel, and good feature of the self re-ignite if the flame goes out. I tried it and it works!. Knobs seem better than others. Flames adjust from low to high, unlike other products.

We love our Sofia professional range! We have owned the range for three years and, after daily use, it still looks and operates like new. This was my first experience with a gas cooktop and I couldn’t be happier. The range is beautifully made, easy to operate and a breeze to clean – even after multiple boil-overs from kids cooking! The convection oven is fantastic. Cooking for a family of five often has me using all three oven racks at once and everything bakes and tastes like it should.
